超声波辅助丙酮提取富含木脂素亚麻籽油的工艺研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON ULTRASONIC-ASSISTANT ACETONE EXTRACTION OF LIGNAN-RICH FLAXSEED OIL FROM FLAXSEEDS

摘要 以亚麻籽为原料,利用超声波辅助丙酮提取富含木脂素的亚麻籽油.在单因素试验基础上,选取试验因素为提取时间、提取温度、超声波功率、料液比,根据中心组合试验设计原理,采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因素,以亚麻籽油中木脂素含量为响应值作响应面.在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出最佳工艺条件为:时间38 min,温度48℃,功率210 W,料液比1∶9.在此条件下进行了5次验证性平行试验,超声波辅助丙酮提取的亚麻籽油中木脂素含量为0.69%,亚麻籽油提取率为94.51%. We extracted lignan-rich flaxseed oil from flaxseeds by ultrasonic-assistant acetone extraction method. On the basis of single factor experiments, we selected extraction time, extraction temperature, ultrasonic power and material-to-solvent ratio as the factors, applied four-factor three-level response surface methodology based on the principle of Box-Behnken Designs to determine the influence factors by regression analysis, and drew response surfaces by taking SDG content in the flaxseed oil as response value. After analyzing the significance and interaction effect of each factor,we determined the optimum conditions: extraction time 38 minutes,temperature 48 ℃ ,ultrasonic power 210 W, and material-to-solvent ratio 1:9. We conducted five parallel verification tests under the optimum conditions; and the content and extraction rate of lignan in the flaxseed oil obtained by ultrasonic-assistant acetone extraction reached 0.69% and 94.51%, respectively.
