摘要
采用超声波协同复合酶法提取刺玫果渣多糖.以多糖得率为考察指标对工艺条件进行优化,确定了最佳工艺条件为:复合酶的最佳配比为果胶酶55 mg/g、木瓜蛋白酶25 mg/g、纤维素酶55 mg/g,温度为40℃,料液比为1∶15,提取液于p H 6下酶解提取2次,每次60 min.在最佳条件下进行了3次验证试验,刺玫果渣多糖得率平均为113.32 mg/g.表明超声波协同复合酶法可用于刺玫果渣多糖的提取.
We studied the ultrasonic-assisted complex enzyme extraction technology of polysaccharides from Rosa davurica Pall. pomace, and selected the polysaccharides yield as the index to determine the optimum extraction process. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the complex enzyme comprising pectinase 55 mg/g, papain 25 mg/g and cellulose 55 mg/g, extraction temperature 40 ℃, material-to-liquid ratio 1: 15, pH 6, extraction twice and extraction 60 minutes each time. Three validation tests were carried out under the optimum conditions, and the average value of polysaccharides yield was 113.32 mg/g. The result indicates that the ultrasonic-assisted complex enzyme extraction technology is suitable for extracting polysaccharides from Rosa davurica Pall. pomace.
