响应面优化法微波辅助提取火龙果果皮中花青素的研究 被引量:3

USING RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY TO OPTIMIZE MICROWAVE-ASSISTED EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY OF ANTHOCYANIN FROM HYLOCEREUS UNDATUS PERICARP

摘要 以火龙果果皮为原料,用响应面优化微波辅助法来研究花青素提取率的工艺参数.通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken Design试验研究微波功率、微波提取时间、乙醇浓度3个变量对火龙果果皮中花青素响应值的影响程度.根据响应面的最优化分析,得出提取率最佳条件是在料液比(g/m L)1∶30下,加入72.36%的乙醇、于60℃水浴1 h后,微波功率为259.51 W,微波提取95 s.在此条件下,花青素的提取率理论上可达到0.757%.通过验证试验,最佳工艺参数提取火龙果果皮中花青素提取率为0.773%,与模型预测值0.757%接近. We applied response surface methodology to optimize the technological parameters of microwave-assisted extraction of anthocyanins from Hylocereus undatus pericarp, and studied the influences of microwave power, extraction time, and ethanol concentration on the response value of anthocyanins in Hylocereus undatus pericarp through single factor tests and Box-Behnken Design. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters were as follows: material-to-liquid ratio 1:30 (rn/V),ethanol concentration 72.36% ,heating in a 60 ℃ water bath for one hour,microwave power 259.51 W, and extraction time 95 seconds. Under the optimum conditions, the theoretical value of anthocyanins yield was 0.757%; and the verification yield was 0.773%, which was close to the theoretical value.
