摘要
纳米技术在食品领域的应用产生了纳米食品.主要综述了在食品加工中应用的相关纳米技术、纳米食品的安全性风险与安全性评价等方面的最新进展.
Nanotechnology was applied in the food industry to produce nano-foods. This article reviewed nanotechnology applied in the food processing field as well as the latest developments on safety risk, safety evaluation and so on of nano-foods.
