党的十八届三中全会将普惠金融列为重点工作,为了深入了解吉林省"普惠金融"发展情况,总结吉林省在普惠金融创新实践方面的经验,为国务院制定发展普惠金融规划提供翔实的基础数据,长春金融高等专科学校组织专项调研团队对吉林省辽源、通化和白山三个地市进行走访座谈和问卷调查。了解城市低收入群体和农民享受金融服务的情况以及普惠金融发展面临的主要问题,通过对调研数据进行整理分析,提出促进吉林省普惠金融发展的对策建议。

In order to deeply understand the inclusive finance development in Jilin province, summarize the experiences of Jilin province on inclusive finance for financial innovation practice, provide the basis of detailed data to formulate financial planning development for the State Council, Changchun Finance College special investigation team went to Liaoyuan, Tonghua and Baishan of Jilin province to make ques- tionnaire survey. Understanding of urban low-income groups and farmers enjoy the financial services and the main problems in the financial development, through the analysis of survey data to put forward coun- termeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Jilin province inclusive financial.
