摘要
探究人的可教性需要研究人发展和变化的可能性、实现过程与结果三个相互关联的问题。人能够发展和变化,哲学和生物科学的研究从不同的视角为这种可能性提供了依据。人的发展既非自行其是也非由环境决定,而是一个在教育和文化环境参与下的复杂、动态过程。人发展和变化的结果能够形成一种可控的稳定状态,这为教育目的的确立提供了基础。人发展和变化具有有限性、非均衡性和存在发展阻力等特点。
To explore man’s teachableness requires three inter communicated aspects’exploration: man’s development and variation, the process of realization, and the result. From each view, the researches of philosophy and bioscience give their own evidences on the probability of the man’s development and variation. Neither did the accordance of the man’s natural tendency nor the environment can determine the human’s development, but it develops in a completed and dynamic session mixed with education and culture. The result of man’s development and variation can form into a controllable and stable station which provides a foundation on the determination of the education’s aim. While human’s development and variation has several traits as well: limitation, inequality and the hindrance in development.
