激温处理提取绞股蓝黄酮的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 以绞股蓝为材料,采用激温处理的方法,对高温、低温、复水料液比及处理时间等进行单因素试验。通过对单因素试验结果的分析,进行四因素三水平正交试验对提取条件进行优化。结果表明:在高温80℃,低温-15℃,处理时间20min,复水料液比为1g:4m L,其粗黄酮的最大得率可达0.1584%。 Using the Shock temperature-induced and Gynostemma pentaphyllum as experiment material, a series of single-factor experiments have been conducted in the condition of high?temperature, low temperature, rehabilitation of water and feed processing time. Based on single factor analysis of four factors on the level of three pairs of orthogonal extraction conditions were optimized. The results show that: Gynostemma flavanone-induced temperature with the best extraction process parameters: high temperature of 80℃, -15℃ at low temperature, processing time 20rain, rehabilitation of water than expected for lg: 4mL, the biggest crude polysaccharide yield up to 0.1584%.
