高职计算机应用专业实施“专业导师制”的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on ＂Professional Tutorial System＂ Carry Out in the Major of Computer Application in Higher Vocational Education

随着高职院校的发展，在学生培养模式中，导师制越来越有必要性。本文分析了“专业导师制”提出的背景，给出了实施原则和方法。首先提出校内导师的来源，接着介绍了导师制的运作机制以及激励机制。同时本文结合计算机应用技术专业的特点给出了专业导师制中学生项目的来源。

With the development of higher vocational colleges, the tutorial system is more and more important in the student cultivation mode. In this paper, we analyze the proposition background of the professional tutor system, give the implementation principles and methods, firstly propose source of school tutors, introduces the operation mechanism of tutorial system and incentive mechanism, and give the source of the students project in professional tutorial system combining the characteristics of the computer application technology major.
