Teaching and Research Leading the Reform and Boost Development of the Institute

文章就我院近年来教育科研工作进行了总结。认为：更新教育观念，提高教育科研意识是教育科研工作开展的前提；加强组织制度建设，落实激励政策，是顺利开展和做好教育科研的基本保障；要领导带头，营造教研教改氛围；要以提高人才培养质量为目标，加强校本研究；要加强交流与合作，取长补短提高教育科研水平。教育科研助推学院发展，取得初步成效。

In this paper, we conclude education and scientific research work in our institute in recent years. We think updating the concept of education, raise awareness of education and scientific research is a prerequisite for carrying out education and scientific research work, reinforce the system organization construction and implement incentive policies are the basic guarantee of smoothly carring out education and scientific research, leadership think highly of education and scientific research and create an atmosphere of teaching and research,reform; improving the quality of talent training as a goal to strengthen school-based study; enhancement exchanges and cooperation, learn from each other to improve the level of education and scientific research, education and scientific research leading the development of the institute has got preliminary results.
