摘要
教育场域中存在着惩罚与欺辱现象,前者是必要的,后者则应当杜绝。教育惩罚区别于欺辱等其他行为的几个特点在于:在行为目的上,教育惩罚具有鲜明的目的指向,体现为规训教化,旨在防止违规行为的再次出现;在价值属性上,教育惩罚意味着对违规学生施以"有意义的痛苦",而非仅仅是"有用的痛苦";从实施过程看,教育惩罚是一个理性化的过程:惩罚行为的内容和方法应当是合理合法的,惩罚过程同时伴随着对人的尊重和关爱;从发生机制看,教育惩罚行为应当符合学校的正当程序,并以制度化的形式固定下来。
Punishments and insult exist in education field, the former being necessary and the latter unac- ceptable. The differences between punishment and insult lie in that, in terms of purpose, the former is to prevent improper behaviors from happening again ; in terms of property of value, the former is "significant pain" instead of "useful pain'; in terms of implementation process, the former is a rational process whose content and way are lawful, showing respect and care;and in terms of mechanism,the for- mer is a due procedure and is institutionalized.
