摘要
探索立足于中国国情的新型城镇化道路是当前中国面临的紧迫任务。苏州城镇化水平位居全国前列,对苏州城镇化过程的分析与回顾有助于厘清中国新型城镇化道路的路径特征。苏州城镇化经历了镇、城、城镇群几个阶段,对几个阶段的分析可知,中国新型城镇化道路应该具备组织保障、规划引导、以人为本、生态文明、四化同步、传承文化等路径特征。
It is an imperative task for China to explore a path for the new urbanization based on the realistic situations in China. Suzhou ranks in the top range in terms of urbanization level among all the cities in China. Therefore it is helpful to clarify the path features of the new urbanization in China by analyzing and reviewing the urbanization progress in Suzhou. Basically,Suzhou has witnessed three stages,including town,city,and urban agglomeration,during the urbanization. Therefore,from the gain and loss in these stages,the path features of the new urbanization in China are supposed to include organizational guarantee,plan as a whole,human- orientation,environment friendly,all- round development,and culturalheritage.
