从交通的角度构建世界城市坐标体系

Theoretical Construction of Coordinate System for World Cities from the Perspective of Transportation Planning

城市的发展往往经历多个阶段,不同的阶段所面临的交通问题不同,同一阶段不同特性的城市解决交通问题的思路也不同。但只要是涉及城市建设和交通问题,都有其内在的基本规律。尝试找出这种规律,并对影响城市交通的诸多因素加以归类,采用数学方法构建坐标系,反映不同城市(或城市的不同阶段)在其中的位置,明晰特定城市当前发展所处的阶段、未来的发展目标以及该目标下的成本代价和选择路径等问题,为城市交通发展战略的研究提供参考。

Urban development can be divided into several phases, although different stages facing different urban traffic problem, cities in the same development stage with different urban characteristics are using totally different solution. Therefore, we believe there are some internal basic laws of urban construction and transportation development go through the progress, and this paper attempts to figure it out by classifying the factors affecting urban transportation development. Based on more than 40 famous world cities index selection, constructing a coordinate system using the mathematical method which is designed to reflect the relative position of different city in order to clarify a particular developing stage of a city, find out the urban transportation development future vision and its cost price, the choice of development path and etc. This papers aims to provide reference for development strategy study of urban transportation.
