为进一步提高上海市交通影响评估工作的质量和效果,有必要规范评估报告的基础资料调查工作,提出项目个性调查、区域现状、区域规划和类似项目的"四调查"要求,并重点讨论了个性调查的项目,强调区域现状调查应有调查方案说明和区域规划调查的深度,以及类似项目调查工作的必要性及调查重点。

In order to improve the quality and effect of TIA（ traffic impact analysis） at shanghai, it is necessary to standardize basic data investigation. This paper emphasized the importance of investigation on project characteristic, regional present situation, regional planning and similar project operation, and discussed the items of project characteristic survey in detail. The TIA report need give present situation survey table, and enough regional planning information. The necessity of research and investigation on similar proiect is also discussed.
