基于基尼系数的区域干线公路网评价研究

Study on Evaluation of Regional Highway Network Based on the Gini Coefficient

将基尼系数用于干线公路网布局评价,为干线公路网评价提供了新的思路,并以温州干线公路网为例进行实例演算。应用Minitab计算温州公路出行成本、效率和可达性的基尼系数,作为公平性评价依据。计算数据真实可靠,研究结果基本符合温州公路网发展特征,具有一定的实践意义。

This paper evaluates the fairness of highway network layout scheme using the Gini coefficient, provides a new method for the quantitative evaluation of highway network, and uses Wenzhou trunk road network as an example to conduct specific instance calculation. The calculation of Gini coefficient of Wenzhou highway＇s travel cost, efficiency and accessibility in this paper is based on the application of Minitab. The data used in the calculation is true and reliable, the research results are basically in accordance with the characteristics of the development of Wenzhou highway network and has certain value in practical implementation.
