大型活动人流交通组织管理:问题与对策研究

Pedestrian Traffic Organization and Management in Large-Scale Activities: Problems and Solutions Analysis

大型活动往往吸引高强度客流在有限场馆空间内集聚,带来客流集散效率下降与潜在的人群安全隐患等问题。论文在梳理既有相关研究基础上,系统地归纳了大型活动行人交通组织和管理面临的四类关键性问题,阐述了当前人流交通分析手段存在的主要技术困境。借鉴已有大型活动人流交通组织与管理积累的成功经验,给出了解决这些问题与困境的整体性对策及分析思路。最后,结合2015年米兰世博会中国企业联合馆的人流交通分析实践,阐述了实际大型活动中人流交通组织问题解析与对策应用的技术路径。研究成果可为大型活动行人交通组织与管理的问题识别、分析方法、对策制定等提供决策依据。

Large-Scale Activities attract high intensity passenger flow gathering in limited space, which causes decreased efficiency of passenger distribution and potential security risks. Based on the existing study, this paper summarizesfour types of key problems in pedestrian traffic organization and management in large-scale activities. Then the paper proposes integrated solutions and analyzingideas for the problems from the existing experience on problems and solutions related to pedestrian organization and management in large-scale activities. At last, the paper takes the pedestrian flow simulation and analysis of China Corporate United Pavilion in Expo Milano 2015 as example to illustrate the technological ideas of problems resolution and measures application. Findings of this research can provide problem identification, analysis methods and solution development for pedestrian traffic organization and management in large-scale activities.
