机动化背景下的中等城市交通需求管理探讨——以宁波市为例

Study on the Traffic Demand Management in Motorization of the Medium-sized Cities –– A case Study in Ningbo City

首先通过分析宁波现状城市交通存在的问题,论述进行交通需求管理的必要性和可行性。在分析城市交通系统所面临的发展挑战基础上,结合国内外城市交通需求管理经验,提出交通需求管理策略框架。同时,结合宁波近期城市交通特点提出相应的需求管理策略,以应对宁波市所面临的城市交通拥堵问题。

Firstly, through analysis of the present situation of Ningbo city traffic problems, the necessity and feasibility of the traffic demand management is discussed. Based on analysis of development challenges facing the city traffic system, combining the traffic demand management experience of domestic and international city, put forward the traffic demand management policy framework. Combined with the characteristics of Ningbo urban traffic demand recently proposed the corresponding management strategies, urban traffic congestion nroblem to deal with the face of Ningbo city.
