从中越边境看文化边界的跨文化传播策略问题

A STUDY ON THE TRANS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY OF THE CULTURAL BOUNDARY IN BORDER AREAS BETWEEN CHINA AND VIETNAM

本文将中越边境的文化边界放置于跨文化传播策略的语境中重新考察,其核心问题由国家政治边界二元对立的划分,转向文化边界跨文化传播的可能性。而跨境民间艺人、越南新娘、越南华人与华裔三种社会实践群体对文化边界的影响,证实中越两国在维护现有领土主权共识的前提下,可以制订符合双方政治利益的新的文化规则,发挥民间力量的积极作用和民间交流的丰富形式,创造出更为多元的、互惠式的跨文化合作形式。

This paper reexamines the cultural boundary between China and Vietnam in the discourse of trans - cultural communication strategy. It focuses on the possibility of cross - cultural communication from the state political boundary to the cultural boundary. Influences of the three kinds of social groups, i. e. the folk artists across the boundary, the Vietnamese bride in China, and the overseas Chinese in Vietnam with/without Vietnamese nationality show that both countries, in the premise of sustaining the common view of sovereignty, should formulate new cultural rules in accordance with both political interests, encourage civilians＇ communication, so as to create more diversified and reciprocal forms of trans - cultural cooperation.
