摘要 根据山西中南部铁路通道ZNTJ—1标蔚汾河特大桥(70+3×120+70)m连续刚构合龙段施工方案,介绍连续梁合龙段的施工顺序,吊架和模板施工、平衡配重的设置、合龙口劲性骨架锁定、钢筋安装、合龙段混凝土浇筑等工序施工方法以及多次结构体系转换施工工艺,可为同类连续梁合龙施工和监理提供借鉴。 The construction program was introduced for the closure of the ( 70 +3 × 120 +70) m continuous rigid frame of the Weifenhe River Bridge,which belongs to the section ZNTJ-1 in Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare. T he construction procedure of the closure of the continuous girders was introduced. Also,the construction details were given including hoisting,formwork,balance,stiff framework at closure,layout of rebars and concrete casting at closure. T he construction method of multiple structural system transformation was demonstrated, which may be applied to the construction and supervision of the similar continuous girder closure.
