摘要
中埋式止水带因其结构形式简单、防水效果较好而在隧道设计中得到广泛应用。但中埋式止水带定位、固定难度大,在衬砌混凝土浇筑过程中易产生变位、不居中甚至局部脱落,使其施工质量难以保证,对隧道衬砌防水效果产生较大影响。本文通过对中埋式止水带施工工艺的研究,提出在二次衬砌模板台车端模上采取特别设计并改进安装工艺来解决止水带的施工质量问题,从而提升隧道衬砌施工缝防水效果。
The embedded water-stop tie is widely applied in tunnel design,thanks to its straightforward structure and extraordinary waterproof performance. However,the difficulties in positioning and fixation can leads to tie deformation,decentralization or even partial drop-out in the casting of lining concrete. In other words,the construction can hardly guarantee the results,which largely hinders the waterproof performance of the lining. T he paper studies the construction technique of embedded water-stop tie and proposes an improved procedure,in which the working jumbo for tunnel lining at the end has been optimized,so as to ensure the construction quality and deliver the waterproof performance expected.
