摘要
阐述了钻爆法隧道开挖时超欠挖产生的原因,结合甘河隧道工程中特殊的水平薄层状岩层易导致超欠挖的特征,提出了将信息化施工与新爆破技术相结合的"三组一新"(施工组织方面成立表面爆破参数动态优化小组,初喷混凝土突击小组和信息跟踪、处理及反馈小组,采用电子雷管减振爆破新技术)控制超欠挖方法。实际应用表明,所采取的措施可有效控制超欠挖,同时保证了施工安全,节约了施工费用。
Combining with the over-under-break characteristic of the special horizontal thin bedded rock strata in the GanHe tunnel project,this paper explains the cause of over-under-break in the tunnel excavation with drilling and blasting method and presents the“Three Group,One Innovation”over-under-break control method by combining the informatization construction with new blasting technology,which means establishing smooth blasting parameters dynamic optimization group,initial concrete spraying assault group and information tracking,processing,feedback group for construction organization and adopting the new electronic detonator damping blasting technique. T he practical application showed that these measures can effectively control the over-under-break,ensure the construction safety and save the construction costs.
