摘要
对30 t轴重重载铁路隧道内CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道和弹性支承块式无砟轨道静力学、动力学特性进行了系统对比分析。结果表明:CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道结构整体性较强,施工工艺简单,经济性较好,但道床板与轨枕新老混凝土结合面易产生裂纹,裂纹控制较困难,施工质量受工具轨、扣件等影响;弹性支承块式无砟轨道对于大轴重的适应性好,可修复性好,对隧道口温度梯度的适应性好,橡胶套靴能够有效地保护轨枕和道床,减振效果好。推荐重载铁路隧道内采用弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构。
This paper makes a systematic comparative analysis of static and dynamic characteristics for the CRTSⅠdouble block ballastless track and elastic supporting block ballastless track in the heavy haul railw ay tunnel w ith 30 t axle load. T he results show ed that the integrity of the C RT SⅠ double block ballastless track structure is relatively good,the construction technology is simple,it has good economic benefit,however the cracks/gashes are difficult to control w hich can be easily produced by the joint surface betw een the fresh and hardened concretes of the solid bed slab and the sleeper and the construction quality can be also affected by the factors such as tool rail and fastener;elastic supporting block ballastless track has good adaptability and recoverability for big axle load,w hich can w ell adapt to the temperature gradient in the tunnel portal,the rubber boots can effectively protect the sleeper and solid bed and have a good damping effect,which means the elastic supporting block ballastless track structure is highly recommended to be used in the heavy-haul railway tunnel.
