摘要 重载铁路隧道内弹性支承块式无砟轨道的施工是一项新工艺。结合中南部铁路通道全线各施工标段首段无砟轨道工艺性试验评估过程中的经验,对重载铁路隧道内弹性支承块式无砟轨道道床施工关键技术进行探讨。重点从无砟轨道铺设前的铺设条件确认、隧道基底处理要求,弹性支承块储存运输要求及弹性支承块式无砟轨道道床施工等方面进行了梳理和总结,并在全线弹性支承块式无砟轨道道床施工过程中推广应用,取得较好效果。 The ballastless track construction w ith elastic bearing block of heavy haul railw ay tunnel is a kind of new technology. Combining with the accumulated experience of first section ballastless track technological test evaluation of whole bid section construction in Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare,this paper studied and summarized the key technology of ballastless track bed construction with elastic bearing block in heavy haul railway tunnel,the emphasis of which are condition confirmation before ballastless track laying,processing requirements of tunnel base,storage and transportation requirements of elastic bearing block and ballastless track bed construction with elastic bearing block. T he method presented in this paper is applied in the whole line ballastless track bed construction and obtains good effect.
