摘要 叶片是油菜最主要的光合器官之一。为定量描述油菜主茎叶曲线,基于2011~2012年和2012~2013年不同品种、移栽密度及施肥水平油菜田间试验,通过观测不同处理油菜叶片的长度、切角、弦角和弦长,分析了直叶片叶曲线方程的生物学意义,构建了直叶片概率模型;假设并验证了弯曲叶片叶曲线方程,定量了叶弯曲度与生物量的关系,构建了叶曲线模型。结果显示,直叶片概率在归一化叶位区间(0,0.4]和(0.4,1]内趋势不同,可用分段函数拟合;叶弯曲度随生物量的增大而减小,可用倒数函数拟合。所建模型利用直线方程模拟直叶片叶曲线,用二次函数模拟弯曲叶片叶曲线。经独立试验资料检验,所建模型对直叶片概率及叶弯曲度均具有较好预测性。 Leaf is one of the essential photosynthetic organs of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).In order to quantify the relationship between the leaf curve for rapeseed on main stem and the corresponding leaf biomass,the field experiments on varieties,transplanting densities,and fertilization levels were conducted in 2011 to 2012,and 2012 to 2013.By measuring leaf length,leaf tangent angle,leaf bowstring angle,and leaf bowstring length for rapeseed in various treatments,the biological significance of curvilinear equation for straight leaf was analysed,and the straight leaf probability model for rapeseed was developed.The relationship between leaf curvature and the corresponding leaf biomass was quantified,and the leaf curve model was constructed based on the assumption and verification of curvilinear equation for curved leaf.Because of the different trends in the normalized leaf ranks {(0,0.4],and(0.4,1]},the straight leaf probability of rapeseed on main stem could be quantified with piecewise function.The leaf curvature decreased with the increase of leaf blade biomass,and could be described with reciprocal function.The linear equation could be used to simulate the curve of straight leaf,and quadratic function for the curved leaf.The results showed that the model had a good performance and reliability for predicting straight leaf probability and leaf curvature using independent experiment data.
