摘要
半个世纪以来,植物组织培养在应用技术和基础理论研究上得到不断发展,已深入研究体细胞再生植株在形态、生理生化和分子上的变化。本研究综述了在离体培养条件下植物体细胞再生过程中蛋白质激酶、甲基化程度、转录因子、DNA序列、miRNA及与植株再生相关基因的研究进展,为提高植物体细胞培养植株的再生效率奠定基础。
Researches on plant tissue culture has been developed in both application techniques and fundamental theory in recently half centuries.Now they are being deeply focused on morphological,physio-chemical and molecular changes of regenerated plants.This paper reviewed the advances in protein kinase,degree of methylation,transcription factors,DNA sequence,microRNA and regeneration related gene in the process of in vitro somatic cell regeneration,which would lay a foundation for improving the efficiency of plant cell culture.
