介绍了冷芯盒的3种排气方式:排气塞排气安装灵活机动,但芯盒维护和保养不便;顶杆间隙排气的排气效果好,但使用场合有局限性;排气槽排气只能排出分盒面的气,对憋在盒腔凹槽深腔处的气体无能为力。冷芯盒的密封除了射嘴处和分盒面要密封外,对于一盒多腔的芯盒,应该将每个芯腔分别密封,特别需要注意的是定位销、复位杆处也需单独密封。以81D的进排气道冷芯为例,介绍了冷芯盒射嘴的布置,指出在布置冷芯盒的射砂嘴位置时,虽然可以参考同类型的芯盒,但是一定要仔细分析气流的走向,为了使射砂时砂流充盒充分,并防止芯盒凸出部位磨损,射嘴的位置要尽量避免砂流直接冲到芯盒的凸出部分、芯盒的斜面和抽芯棒。
3 kind of venting design used for cold box was introduced:to vent by using venting-plugs has the advantage that the venting plugs are can be set easily and flexibly,however the maintenance of the core box is trouble;to vent through the gaps between the ejecting bars and core box wall can obtain good venting effect,however this venting method can be used only in a limited occasion;to vent through venting canals can only drain the air existing on the parting face of the core box,this method can't drain the air existing in the deep cavities of the concave canals of the core box cavity.For the sealing of the cold core box,not only the injectors areas and the parting face need to be sealed,for the core box having multiple core cavities every core cavities should be sealed individually,and special attention should be paid to that the areas of the restoring bars need also to be sealed individually.Taking the cold core of the inlet and outlet canals of 81D model engine as an example,the layout of the sand injectors was introduced and it was pointed out that,although the localities of the sand injectors can be disposed by referring to the similar core boxes,however it's necessary to carefully analyze the direction of the air flow and in order to ensure the core box to be fully filled by the sand flow and to prevent the convex areas of core box to be worn off,the position of the sand injectors should be chosen such as possible to avoid the sand flow striking directly onto the convex areas,inclines and drawing bars of the core box.
