桑树MaSAUR2基因的克隆、序列特征及时间特异性表达 被引量:2

摘要 SAUR是生长素早期响应基因,能够被生长素快速诱导表达,本研究从桑树绿枝扦插的插穗基部皮层中克隆得到1个桑树SAUR家族基因,命名为Ma SAUR2(Gen Bank登录号:KC852881)。该基因序列全长1 186 bp,ORF全长549 bp,编码182个氨基酸,蛋白质分子质量为20 700,无信号肽与跨膜区域,在第82 aa至138 aa之间有1个保守的SAUR-specific结构域。桑树绿枝插穗基部经吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)诱导处理,插穗基部皮层Ma SAUR2基因的表达水平在5 min内显著上升;在绿枝扦插生根过程中,不定根长出皮层时Ma SAUR2基因表达量显著升高。推测Ma SAUR2参与了桑树扦插过程中不定根的形成。
