公共意识的中国生长:国家与社会关系的框架及其运用

Growth of Public Consciousness in China: Framework of the Relationship Between State and Society and Its Application

在当代中国国家与社会关系的不同时空中,一方面,公共意识呈现萌动与异化、觉醒与混沌、理性与勃发的历史嬗变;另一方面,公共意识促进着"国家—社会"关系的新型重构、公共生活参与的主体互动体系建立、中国特色社会主义公共领域的形成,从而推动当代中国社会发展。基于当代中国社会结构的演进,国家与社会关系不仅可视为一种历史的解释范式,也可视为一种实体建构的规范范式,从而得出公平正义的社会结构是公共意识生长的轴心空间。

Correctly understanding the relationship between state and society under condition of the socialism with Chinese charaeteristics, from the perspective of Chinese Communist Party, the government, society and eeonomy, polities and cultural reeonstruetion of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is an important domain of inspecting the relationship between growth of public awareness and social changes in modem China. With the permutations and combinations of the relationship between state and society in different historical space - time in modem China, on the one hand, the publie awareness shows the actual images：sprouting and alienation, awakening and chaos, reason and blooming in different historical space -, time ; on the other hand, the public awareness plays an important role in promoting the reconstruction of the relationship between state and society, establishing the subject interaction system of public life participation, forming the public domain of socialism with Chinese characteristics, thus promoting the development of Chinese eontemporary society. In the evolution of the social structure of contemporary China＇ s reality, the relationship between state and society not only can be seen as a kind of historical explanation paradigm, also can be regarded as a kind of entity construction paradigm. Accordingly, the social structure of justice and fairness is the core space of public awareness growth.
