海藻β-1,3葡聚糖对南美白对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长性能及体成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在观察海藻β-1,3葡聚糖对南美白对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长性能、存活率及体成分的影响。选用初始体重(10.84±0.30)g的南美白对虾450尾,随机分为5个处理组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾虾,分别饲喂含海藻β-1,3葡聚糖为0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%及0.20%的饲料,并命名为S-0.00%、S-0.05%、S-0.10%、S-0.15%和S-0.20%;饲养周期为60 d。结果显示,在0~32 d阶段,海藻β-1,3葡聚糖对南美白对虾的生长性能均无显著差异(P>0.05);但随着添加水平的上升,其成活率呈显著降低的趋势(P<0.05)。在32~60 d及0~60 d阶段,海藻β-1,3葡聚糖对南美白对虾的生长性能、存活率及蛋白沉积率均无显著差异(P>0.05);但0~60 d S-0.05%处理组的末均重、特定生长率及相对增重率均高于其它各组,且饲料系数低于其它处理组。各个处理组的对虾体成分中脂肪和灰分的含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);但水分和蛋白含量差异明显,随着海藻β-1,3葡聚糖添加水平上升,水分呈现先下降再上升的趋势,但蛋白含量恰好相反,呈现先上升再下降的趋势。结果表明,以特定生长率及饲料系数作为评价指标,饲料中添加低水平(≤0.05%)的海藻β-1,3葡聚糖对南美白对虾有益,并可提高其体成分中蛋白含量。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of β-1,3 glucan on growth performance and body composition of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). 450 shrimps, weighing an average of (10.84±0.30) g, were randomly assigned to five dietary treatments with three replicates and thirty shrimps with each tank. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% and 0.20% 15-1,3 glucan respectively, and named as S-0.00%, S-0.05%, S-0.10%, S-0.15% and S-0.20%, respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 60 days. The results showed that the growth performance of white shrimp was not affected by being fed with various level of AlgamuneTM (15-1,3 glucan) diet during 0-32 d, but the survival rate significantly decreased with the increased supplying levels of AlgamuneTM (β-1,3 gluean) (P〈0.05). During 32-60 d and 0-60 d, there were no significant dif- ferences of growth performance, survival rate and protein productive value in five groups (P〉0.05), but the final body weight, specific growth rate and relative weight gain of S-0.05% group were higher than other groups, and the feed conversion rate of S- 0.05% group was lower than other groups. The crude lipid and ash content of whole body for white shrimp were not different (P〉0.05), but the moisture content of whole body was decreased first and then increased with the increased supplying levels of AlgamuneTM (β-1,3 glucan), the crude protein content showed the opposite situation. For white shrimp, supplying with lower level (≤0.05%) of AlgamuneTM (β-1,3 glucan) would benefit for specific growth rate and feed conversion rate, and the crude protein content of whole body would be enhanced.
