温阳益气化痰平喘方治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床研究

Clinical Observation of Wenyangyiqihuatanpingchuan Decoction for the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Chronic Duration Stage

目的观察温阳益气化痰平喘方治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法将患者分为治疗组(100例)与对照组(30例),治疗组给予温阳益气化痰平喘方;对照组予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入。两组均治疗4周。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后对患者症状体征、1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)和最大呼气峰流速(PEF)进行检测,并进行哮喘测试评分(ACT评分)。结果治疗组总有效率为91.00%,明显高于对照组之73.34%(P<0.05);两组治疗后肺功能(FEV1、FEV1%、PEF)及ACT评分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组PEF及ACT评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气化痰平喘方能有效改善哮喘慢性持续期患者的症状体征、肺功能及ACT评分,是治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的有效中药方剂。

Objective：To observe the effect of Wenyangyiqi Huatanpingchuan decoction on the treatment of bronchial asthma,chronic duration.Methods：Patients were divided into treatment group （n =100） and control group （n =30）.The treatment group were given Wenyangyiqihuaanpingchuan decoction,while the control group were given Shah Mette Lo and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation.The two groups were both treated for 4 weeks.The symptoms and signs,lung function （FEV1,FEV1％,PEF） and ACT scores were measured before and after the treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.00％,while that of the control group was 73.34％ （P＜ 0.05）.The pulmonary function （FEV1,FEV 1％ and PEF） and ACT score of the two groups were both significantly improved after the treatment（P＜ 0.05）.PEF and ACT scores of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Wenyangyiqihuatanpingchuan decoction can effectively improve the signs and symptoms pulmonary function and ACT scores of patients with chronic of asthma in duration,and is an effective traditional Chinese medicine for treating bronchial asthma with chronic duration prescriptions.
