线栓法制备MCAO模型大鼠的经验体会

The Experience of the Preparation of Rat Model of MCAO with Suture-occluded Method

线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型具有不开颅、损伤小、重复性高等优点,是制备该模型最常用的方法,但目前仍存在很多因素的制约,如技术要求高、模型成功率和存活率较低、术后差异较大等,这些都是亟待解决的问题。笔者从实验动物的选择、术前禁食与否、麻醉剂的选择、线栓制备、手术操作、护理及并发症7个方面对模型制备进行探讨,以期能为各位同仁提供参考。

Suture-occluded method in preparation of rat model of MCAO was the most commonly used method because of its advantages of little injury without craniotomy and higher repeatability,but there were still many constraints,such as the high technical requirements,the low success rate of the model,the low survival rate,and the big postoperative difference.These were the pressing problems to be solved.This paper discusses from the following seven aspects：the choice of the experimental animal,preoperative fasting or not,the choice of anesthetic agents,suture-occluded preparation,operation,nursing and complications in order to offer reference for colleagues.
