针刀闭合性松解术配合手法治疗颈性眩晕症的临床研究

Clinical Research of Acupotome Closed lysis Combined with Technique in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的观察针刀闭合性松解术配合手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将84例患者按首诊顺序随机法分为两组各42例,治疗组采用针刀闭合性松解术配合手法疗法治疗,对照组用改善后循环缺血症状的药物治疗,1个疗程后,对两组患者的症状、体征及治疗前后的椎-基底动脉平均血流速度变化进行评估。结果治疗组患者临床总有效率为97.62%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.01),治疗组的椎-基底动脉血流速度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刀闭合性松解术配合手法治疗颈性眩晕症疗效显著,优于改善后循环缺血症状的药物。

Objective：To observe the effect of acupotome closed lysis combined with technique in treating cervical vertigo.Methods：84 cases of patients with cervical vertigo were divided into 2 groups with 42 cases in each group according to the first diagnosis of order random method.The treatment group used the acupotome closed lysis combined with manipulation therapy,while the control group used drug therapy for improvement of posterior circulation ischemia.Atera period of treatment,the symptoms,signs and vertebral basilar artery mean blood flow velocity changes before and after treatment of two groups were evaluated.Results：The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group（97.62％） was significantly higher than that of the control group（66.67％） （P＜ 0.01） ;improvement of blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar in the treatment group was better than the control group （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupotome closed lysis combined with technique has a significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of cervical vertigo,which is better than the drugs for the improvement of posterior circulation ischemic symptoms.
