血栓通辅助常规西药治疗对急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP、IL-6及D-二聚体的影响

Clinical Studies on the Effects on the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction in Hs-CRP,IL-6 and Ddimer with Xueshuantong's Assisting Conventional Western Medicine

目的观察血栓通辅助常规西药对急性脑梗死患者的疗效及其对hs-CRP、IL-6及D-二聚体的影响。方法将100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各50例。两组患者入院后均给予相同的常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上再加用血栓通,每日1次。两组患者均连续治疗14 d。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗效果及hs-CRP、IL-6及D-二聚体水平的改善程度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上联合应用血栓通,可以减少急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP、IL-6及D-二聚体的表达,能够显著改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical research on Xueshuantong＇s assisting conventional medicine and the effects on hs-CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer.Methods：100 patients for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital during January,2013 to January,2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,50 cases in each group.After admission,patients were given the same two groups of conventional Western medicine,treatment group plus Xueshuantong On this basis,1 time/day,once every 14 days.Two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment in the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）,IL-6 and D-dimer.Results：The outcomes and hs-CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer level of improvement of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,whose difference was statistically significant （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of conventional Western medicine treatment based on Xueshuantong can reduce acute cerebral infarction in hs-CRP,IL-6 expression and D-dimer,significantly improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve clinical outcomes,which is worth learning from.
