摘要
目的观察综合护理对溃疡性结肠炎急性加重期的临床护理效果。方法选取42例溃疡性结肠炎(UC)急性加重期患者,采用心理护理、用药护理、饮食指导护理。结果 42例患者中,症状缓解明显或消失的35例,缓解不明显的5例,无效2例。结论合理有效的护理措施对溃疡性结肠炎急性加重期的预后有着至关重要的意义,利于提高患者的生活质量和生存率。
Objective：To observe the significance of reasonable and effective nursing measures to the acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis.Methods：42 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis （UC） were treated with psychological nursing,medication nursing,diet guidance nursing,and observed the disease prognosis.Results：Among the 42 patients,35 cases had a obvious symptom relief or disappear;5 cases were not obvious,invalid in 2 cases.Conclusion：Reasonable and effective nursing measures for acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis prognosis have important significance and can improve the patient＇s quality of life and survival rate.
