摘要
基于波特的价值链理论和竞争战略模型,运用层次分析法揭示出不同类型餐饮企业的价值链结构及其关键环节,并在此基础上探寻现阶段提升高中低端餐饮企业竞争优势的相应策略。
Based on porter' s theory of value chain and the model of competitive strategy, the key part of the value chain in different types of catering enterprises are revealed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process, then, the corre- sponding strategies to enhance the competitive advantage for the high, medium and low - side of catering enterpri- ses at present stage is also explored on that base.
