摘要
以2层落叶松胶合木构件为试验对象,对试验结果进行数据统计及波形分析,证实了采用超声波法测试人工胶缝缺陷部分和胶合完好部分的可行性。同时得到了超声波波速、首波波幅、整体波形这3个参数与胶缝缺陷之间的定性关系,试验者不可仅凭波速或者波幅一个参数来判别胶缝的好坏,要同时结合这2个参数并分析整体波形才可下结论。通过试验及试验结果分析,将对现有测试仪器进行改善,提高其测试精确度的同时将其应用于大型木结构工程项目,方便胶合木结构的现场无损检测。
The glue laminated wood members with two layers of larch glulam have been tested by ultrasonic method. Through data statistics and waveform analysis, it is feasible to test artificially the glue seam defects parts and good glue parts of laminated timbers by ultrasonic method. It also was found that the glue-line defects had qualitative relationship with wave velocity, amplitude and amplitude duration. The tester can' t distinguish the quality of the glue seam defects only by wave velocity or amplitude, but should combine these two parameters and the overall waveform to get the conclusions. The existing test equipments should be modified to improve the test accuracy by testing and result analysis. So they may be expediently applied to the large wooden projects for on-destructive testing of laminated wood on site.
