“厂中校”模式下的教学改革

The Teaching Reform under the Mode of ＂School inside a Factory＂

为使职业教育与产业、行业、企业深度融合，促进高职教育教学质量不断提高，陕西国防工业职业技术学院与西安嘉业航空科技有限公司本着资源共享、培养人才的原则，合作创建“厂中校”的校企合作工作站。在此模式下，校企双方共同协商，按照社会需求设置课程，使培养的人才适应市场需求；共同开发与实施专业人才培养方案，即共同确定培养目标、制定教学计划、调整课程设置、完成教学任务和保证实践教学的实施。学校选派学生进站学习，完成《机械制造技术》、《数控加工工艺》和《数控机床故障诊断与维修》等理论课程；同时参与企业实际生产，学习相关实践课程。因此，传统教学模式已不适应当前需要，有进行教学改革的必要。

To enhance the deep combination of the vocational education and industry, domain, and enterprises, and improve the teaching quality of high vocational colleges, the work station of the school--company cooperation＂school inside a factory＂has been established between Shaanxi Institute of Technology and Xi＇ an Jiaye Aerial Scientific Cooperation Ltd. with the principle of resource sharing and cultivating the talents. Under this model, both sides cooperate together, arrange the courses according to the social needs, so that the cultivated talents can meet the needs of the society; the talent--cultivation program are developed and carried together, that is setting the teaching aim, teaching plan together, adjusting the course arrangement, finishing the teaching task and guarantee the practice teaching. The school select students and send them to the station, finish the theoretical courses, such as Mechanical Manufacturing,, Numerical Control Processing Engineering, and the Diagnose and Repairing etc. They also participate in the real production in the factory, learn the relative course. So the traditional teaching does not suit the needs of the present situation, and needs reform in the teaching.
