辽宁省民营企业国际竞争力与提升其国际化水平的对策分析

Analysis of private enterprises' international competitiveness in Liaoning province and strategies for enhancing their internationalization level

经过数年发展,民营经济已经在辽宁省经济中占有举足轻重地位。"十二五"期间,辽宁省将继续实施成长型中小企业发展计划,进一步提高民营企业对辽宁省经贸领域的贡献。首先介绍了辽宁省民营企业出口和对外直接投资情况;其次,通过调研并建立评价指标体系,研究了辽宁省民营企业的国际竞争力;再次,深入分析了辽宁省民营企业国际化的困境;最后从多角度提出提升辽宁省民营企业国际化水平的对策。

Several years＇ development has witnessed the important role of private sectionin Liaoning＇s economy. During the ＂National TwelfthFive-year Plan＂ period, Liaoning province will continue to im- plement development plans forgrowth-type small and medium enterprises, and enhance private enterpri- ses＇contribution to Liaoning＇s economy and trade. Hereto, Liaoning＇s private enterprises＇ quo status of export and foreign direct investment were introduced, Liaoning＇s private enterprises＇international com- petitiveness was studiedin light of surveying and establishing evaluation index system. The problems re- lating toLiaoning＇s private enterprises＇ internationalizationwere deeply analyzed. Finally, the counter- measures to improve Liaoning＇s private enterprises＇internationalization level were proposed.
