Clinical Teaching of a Critical Patient with Acute Pyothorax and Respiratory Failure

通过一例急性脓胸并呼吸衰竭患者的成功救治,讨论并分析该患者的诊断、鉴别诊断,在认识并掌握急性脓胸病因、发病机制和治疗原则基础上,结合教科书或指南指导具体的治疗。经过具体病例分析及针对性治疗,提高重症医学科医生临床思维能力。

By means of the successful treatment of a patient with acute pyothorax and respiratory failure, we discussed and analysed the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the patient. On the basis of understanding and grasping the etiology, pathogenesis and therapy principles of acute pyothorax, we combined with textbooks or guideline to guide us the definite treatment. After the case analysis and targeted therapy, we improved the doctors from the Intensive Care Medicine clinical thinking ability.
