桑白皮水溶性化学成分研究

Water-soluble Chemical Constituents of the Root Bark of Morus alba L

研究桑白皮的水溶性化学成分。采用柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。从桑白皮水提物中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:1-脱氧野尻霉素(1)、fagomine(2)、1,4-二脱氧-1,4-亚氨基-D-阿拉伯糖醇(3)、甜菜碱(4)、N-脒基脯氨酸(5)。化合物5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

To study the chemical constituents of the root hark of Morus alba L. compounds were isolated by chromatographic techniques. Their structures were elucidated by spectral methods. Five compounds were isolated from the water extract of the root bark of morus alba L and identified as 1 - deoxynojirimycin（ 1 ） , fagomine（2） ,1,4 - dideoxy - 1,4 - imino - D - arabinitol（ 3 ） ,betainc（4） , N -amidino- L- proline （5）. compounds 5 is isolated from the genus for the first time.
