摘要
本课题建立了一种能有效的检测食品中阿散酸、对硝基苯砷酸、洛克沙砷的HPLC法。在0.1~60.0μg/mL浓度范围内,有机砷形态混合标准溶液进行HPLC分析,线性关系良好。结果表明,以3倍信噪比(S/N)作为定性检出限,以10倍信噪比(S/N)作为定量检出限。3种有机砷的定性检出限分别为0.10,0.10,0.20μg/mL;定量检出限分别为0.10,0.50,1.0μg/mL。然后通过计算分析蔬菜、鸡蛋、肉类三个不同浓度级别混合对照品的回收率,可知该方法能有效地检测蔬菜、鸡蛋内三种有机砷化物的残留,但是对于油脂含量较大的肉类食品,还不能有效定值阿散酸的回收率,其前处理方法有待于进一步优化。从不同形态有机砷和总砷含量可知,从正规渠道购得的蔬菜、蛋类、肉类基本是安全的,消费者可放心食用。
In the paper, one HPLC method established can effectively detect the ASA, NPA and ROX in food. External standard method was applied for qualitative analysis. The linear range of mixed standard solution were 0. 1 ~ 60.0μg/mL( r 〉 0.999). 3 kinds of organic arsenical compounds showed detection limits both in qualitative analysis and in quantitative analysis. In qualitative analysis, ASA, ROX "and NPA'limit is 0. 10, 0.10 and 0.20μg/mL; in quantitative analysis, each limit is 0. 10, 0.50 and 1.0μg/mL respectively. And then, calculation and analysis has been carried out among of vegetables, eggs, meat added three different concentration levels of mixed standard solution. Control product recovery rates indicated that this method can effectively detect residual organic arsenic compounds in vegetables and eggs; however, meat can not detect effectively ASA because of high fat content. Therefore, pre - processing method needed to be further optimizing. From the different forms of organic arsenic and arsenic content, consumers can rest assured consumption from the formal channels.
