摘要
通过试验验证SBR工艺对甲醛废水的处理效果。结果表明,SBR工艺对甲醛废水的处理效果较好。在甲醛初始浓度为300mg/L、COD为3500~4000mg/L、氨氮为350~400mg/L、总氰为4~5mg/L,污泥浓度为2~4g/L、温度为25—30℃的条件下,反应24h后,对甲醛、COD、氨氮和总氰的去除率分别达99.5%、95%、99%、87.5%;SBR工艺耐受的最高甲醛浓度为300mg/L左右。
SBR process is validated by experiment to formaldehyde wastewater treatment effect. The results show that SBR process to formaldehyde wastewater treatment effect is good. Under the condition of initial formaldehyde concentration of 300 mg/L, COD of 3500 ~ 4000 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 350 ~ 400 mg/L, total cyanide of 4 to 5 mg/L, sludge concentration of 2 ~ 4 g/L and temperature of 25 to 30 ℃, the removal rates of formaldehyde, COD, ammonia nitrogen and total cyanide are 99.5%, 95%, 99% and 99.5% after 24 h; The maximum concentration of formaldehyde that SBR process can tolerate is about 300 mg/L.
