HAZOP风险分析在丙烯罐区的应用

摘要 丙烯是易燃、易爆性物质,易发生火灾爆炸事故造成人员伤亡和财产损失。因此,对其储罐区的危险性进行安全评价,切实解决储罐区存在的安全问题非常重要。本文采用HAZOP风险分析方法,对丙烯罐区进行风险分析。对风险等级高的事故,在事故风险分析表中进行了描述和分析,评价出采用现有保护措施后的风险等级。通过对丙烯罐区的风险分析可以辨识丙烯罐区中的隐患,评估隐患的风险等级,有助于企业优先整改风险高的隐患,使企业对丙烯泄漏事故的影响有了清楚的认识,并可以指导企业制定重大事故的应急预案。 Propylene is inflammable, explosive material, which easily lead to fire explosion accident which caused casualties and property losses. Therefore, the safety evaluation for the danger of the storage tank area is very important to effectively solve the security problems of the area. This paper discusses risk analysis of the Propylene tank farm. The analysis adopts the methods of HAZOP risk analysis. The accidents with high risk are described and analyzed in the accident risk analysis table, and calculate the risk rank after the existing measures are adopted. By the risk analysis, the hazards are identified in the Propylene tank farm and calculate the risk levels. So, the enterprise can prior to treat the hazards with high risk and know about the effect of Propylene leak in detail. It can guide to developing the major accidental emergency response by that.
