疏风凉血、益气利水法辨治单纯肾囊肿的前瞻性病例系列研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察疏风凉血、益气利水方药对单纯性肾囊肿的疗效。方法:连续纳入符合标准的13例直径〉4cm的单纯性肾囊肿患者,以疏风凉血、益气利水方药为主治疗6~12个月。结果:2例患者中间退出治疗,剩余11例中有10例(10/11,90.9%)患者(有6例患者双肾同时单发囊肿)的囊肿直径较治疗前均有不同程度减小;1例患者的囊肿直径治疗后略有增大(0.2cm);11例患者中治疗后囊肿直径〈4cm者5例,占45.5%(5/11)。疗后6个月,有8例患者进行了复查,有7例(7/8,87.5%)患者囊肿直径较疗后变化≤0.3cm,1例患者囊肿直径较治疗后增加0.6cm;囊肿直径〈4cm者5例,占45.5%(5/11)。11例患者治疗后血肌酐较治疗前变化值为(4.45±10.709)μmol/L[治疗前血肌酐水平(62.091±12.934)μmol/L,治疗后(57.636±9.058)μmol/L,P〉0.05];治疗后血尿素氮较治疗前变化值为(0.327±0.721)mmol/L[治疗前(4.536±0.933)mmol/L,治疗后(4.209±0.734)mmol/L,P〉0.05],治疗前后差异均无统计学意义。结论:疏风凉血、益气利水方药为主的中药可一定程度减小单纯肾囊肿的体积,部分患者疗效可持续到疗后6个月,该方药疗法安全,治疗过程中对正常肾功能者的反映肾功能的血清指标(肌酐、尿素氮)没有影响,且无不良事件发生。 Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of soothing wind and cooling blood, boosting qi and disinhibiting water method for simple renal cyst. Methods:13 patients with simple renal cyst(diameter 〉4cm) were consecutively recruited and treated by the soothing wind and cooling blood, boosting qi and disinhibiting water method for 6 - 12 months. Results:Of these 13 patients,2 dropped out during the treatment. After treatment,the diameter of the renal cyst of the 10 patients (both kidneys having the existence of simple renal cyst in 6 patients) in the rest 11 was smaller in various degree than that before treatment and only 1 renal cyst' diameter was bigger than that in pre -treatment. 5 (5/11,45.5%) patients' renal cyst diameter was smaller than 4 cm. 6 months after treatment,7 patients' renal cyst diameter variation was smaller than 0.3 cm in the 8 patients who was tested again, in which, 1 patient's renal cyst diameter increased by 0.6 cm from pre -treatment. 5 ( 5/11,45.5% ) patients' renal cyst diameter was smaller than 4 cm as well. Serum creatinine(SCr) for these 11 patients decreased by(4.45 ±10. 709) μmol/L after treatment, from ( 62.091 ±12. 934 ) μmol/L before treatment to ( 57. 636 ±9. 058 ) p, mol/L ( P 〉 0. 05 ), serum blood urea nitrogen (bun) decreased by (0. 327 ±0.72 ) 1 mmol/L after treatment, from (4. 536 ±0. 933 ) mmol/L before treatment to ( 4. 209 ± 0. 734) mmol/L( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:The soothing wind and cooling blood,boosting qi and disinhibiting water method may decrease the volume of simple renal cyst to some extent. In some eases,the decreased cyst can stay for 6 months after treatment, also, which have no bad effect on the kidney function of the patients who participated in the study. We have not found the adverse events during this study as well.
