调理脾胃针法为张智龙教授治疗2型糖尿病及其并发症的基本针刺方法,大量临床研究已经证实调理脾胃针法对于2型糖尿病及其并发症有良好疗效。导师认为脾胃同病是2型糖尿病的病理基础,脾虚湿盛是2型糖尿病的易患因素,脾胃升降运化失常是2型糖尿病的病机关键,故针对其病理特点创立了调理脾胃针法,取穴:中脘、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、曲池、合谷、丰隆、血海、地机、太冲,功在健脾化湿、活血化瘀,其腧穴配伍组方思路法自调理脾胃升降运化之能。

The aeupoints including Zhongwan （RN12） , Quehi （ LI11 ） , Hegu （LI4） , Zusanli （ ST36）, Diji （ $P8 ）, Fenglong （ $40 ）, Yinlingquan （ SP9 ）, Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ）, Xuehai （ SP10 ） and Taichong （ LR3 ）, which can invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness and activating blood and dissolving stasis.
