中医辨证联合利多卡因治疗急性心肌梗死心律失常患者的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of TCM Combined with Lidocaine in Treatment of Patients with Arrhythmia after Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的：探讨中医辨证联合利多卡因治疗急性心肌梗死心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月~2013年12月我院收治的急性心肌梗死心律失常患者66例,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组36例以及对照组30例,对照组患者在基础治疗之上加用利多卡因,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用中医辨证论治,两组患者均连续用药1周,评价两组患者疗效以及治疗前后常规十二导联心电图检查结果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为76.67%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,观察组与治疗前比较,心率、QTc周期以及QTd均具有显著差异（P〈0.05）,而对照组仅心率与治疗前具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后,观察组与对照组心率、QTc周期以及QTd比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医辨证联合利多卡因治疗急性心肌梗死心律失常疗效显著,且能够显著改善患者常规十二导联心电图检查指标,值得临床推广运用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lidocaine in the treatment of patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods ：66 acute myocardial infarction patients with arrhythmia analysis in January 2011 -December 2013 admitted to our hospital for example,according to the random number table method, were randomly divided into the observation group 36 cases and the control group 30 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with lidocaine. The observation group patients added the use of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Two groups＇ patients were treated for 1 week and we evaluated the efficacy of the two groups and the treatment of routine twelve lead electrocardiogram examination results. Results：The observation group＇s total effective rate was 97.22% and the control group＇ s total effective rate was 76.67%. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment in the observation group compared with before treatment, heart rate, QTc cycle and QTd had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） while the control group only had heart rate with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the observation group compared with the control group,heart rate, QTc cycle and QTd were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with lidocaine has significant curative effect in the treatment of arrhytbmia after acute myocardial infarction and can significantly improve patients routine twelve lead electrocardiogram examination index, which is worthy of clinical application.
