不同干预方法对原发性高血压血压昼夜节律影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 原发性高血压存在昼夜节律的变化,血压昼夜调节能力的下降,易导致并发症的发生。血压昼夜节律是独立于血压水平之外的心脑血管病的预测因素。调节血压昼夜节律可以减少靶器官的损害和改善预后,提高患者的生存质量。通过检索近几年来不同干预方法在改善恢复异常的血压昼夜节律中所起到的重要作用,发现改善恢复异常的血压昼夜节律临床以西药为主,中医传统疗法为辅,中医传统疗法中又以针刺、中药为主,其疗效显著,发展较快。随着血压昼夜节律对于高血压防治疗效重要性的凸显,从节律角度开展多干预方式综合防治原发性高血压的临床和基础研究,对医疗卫生和社会发展极具必要性。 Essential hypertension indicates circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythm of blood pressure, independent from the blood pressure level,is a predicting factor in cardio - cerebrovascular disease. Indeed, regulating circadian rhythm of blood pressure can reduce the target organ damage, improve the prognosis and enhance the life quality of patients. Recently, among different intervention methods in improvement and recovery of abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure, the method that is based mainly on western medicine supplemented with Chinese traditional therapies, especially acupuncture and Chinese medicine, is effective and rapidly developing. With the increasing importance of effectiveness of regulating circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertension prevention, the clinical and basic researches in comprehensive methods in essential hypertension prevention from the aspect of circadian rhythm of blood pressure really does matter.
