感染性腹泻的中医治疗进展

感染性腹泻病已经成为全球最重要的公共卫生问题之一。文章从仲景经方、经验方药、中成药治疗、灌肠及其他疗法5个方面综述感染性腹泻的中医治疗进展,体现出中医中药治疗的特色和优势。中医药治疗感染性腹泻疗效显著且无明显不良反应,但存在诊断标准尚不统一,辨证分型差别较大,疗效判定标准不一致等问题,倡议今后中医药治疗感染性腹泻的临床报告应更具科学性、规范性。

Infectious diarrhea has become one of the major global public health concerns. This article summarizes progress of Chinese medicine treatment to ID from the following five aspects as the prescription of Zhang ZhonJing, Empirical prescription, patent drugs, treatment by Chinese medicine enema and other treatments. The curative effect of Chinese medicine therapy is notable, and, has no significant adverse reactions. There is no uniform diagnostic criteria, no uniform clinical criteria, and the dialectical difference in type is large. The clinical report of Chinese medicine treatment to ID should be more scientific and normative.
