结直肠癌化学预防的研究进展

摘要 结直肠癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,利用天然或人工合成的化合物来预防结直肠肿瘤逐步成为研究热点。本文将着重论述具有临床潜力的结直肠癌化学预防制剂。 Colorectal cancer （CRC） is the most common gastrointestinal cancer. Recent research has focused on protective effects of chemopreventive agents that prevent the development of invasive CRC using pharmacological or nutritional agents. The promising preventive agents of CRC are summarized in this review.
