摘要
对一种大电流放电实验系统中的超级电容进行监控保护设计。监控保护系统硬件结构由人机界面、智能电表、可编程逻辑控制器构成,能够实现实时参数及状态显示、单个超级电容详细参数及状态显示、系统自保护、超级电容预警联动、超级电容报警联动、超级电容设置、报警记录与事件记录查询等功能。另外,重点阐述了CAN通信实现、系统自保护实现、预、报警联动等关键技术的实现。工程运行结果表明,系统运行十分可靠,技术值得推广。
The monitoring and protection system of the super capacitor in a large-current discharge experiment system is designed. The monitoring and protection system is made up of the man-machine interfaee~ the intelligent ammeter and the programmable logic controller, which is able to achieve the real-time parameters and status displayi the detailed parameters and status display of a single super capacitor, the self-protection of the system, the super capacitor warning linkage, the super capacitor alarm linkage, the super capacitor settings, the 'alarm recording and event logging and query. In addition, this paper focuses on the CAN communication to achieve, the realization of self-protection systems, pre-alarm linkage and other key technologies. Engineering operation results show that the system is running very reliable and the technology is worth, promoting.
