摘要
植物色素是一类天然色素,具有营养价值高、安全性强等特点,但是植物色素的分离纯化技术仍然是制约天然色素开发的主要因素。本文就国内天然色素的分离纯化研究进展进行了综述并总结,为天然植物色素的研制与开发奠定基础。
Plant pigment is a kind of natural pigment, which has the characteristics of high nutrition and safety. This essay summarized the research advancements in isolation and purification of natural plant pigments, and laid the foundation for the study of natural plant pigment.
